I had an appointment in this practice, the treatment was very unpleasant because this dentist constantly used force to open my mouth. It felt like he was annoyed that my jaw muscles wouldn't allow me to open it wider.
After the treatment, which I was dissatisfied with, he informed me that a new appointment would have to be made and that he would plan it for 2-3 months later.
Out of politeness, I didn't want to tell him that I didn't like his work and wasn't happy with the result, so I said: "Yes, we'll see about that."
I then received a letter from him with an appointment that I didn't respond to, which was enough for this dentist to schedule this appointment as a fixed date. Of course I didn't show up for this appointment and now have to pay for this delay! What a disgrace, I've never experienced anything like this before.
I felt much more comfortable and in better hands with another dentist.
I absolutely cannot recommend this practice, there are some better ones in Saanenland.
