Removal of 4 wisdom teeth in 1 day. No problems arose afterwards, there were just 2 healing threads which had been forgotten but they were not very visible. These threads were then removed from me and I was not charged anything. The surgeon is very friendly and reassuring.

I've been going there for years and I was very happy. But very bad experience today...
I'm going there for a wisdom tooth because it's growing. The dentist simply touches and tells me “it needs to be removed”, then gives me a list as big as my arm of medications including antibiotics to take… 😅 without doing an x-ray or anything, just by touching!

I wouldn't go back, I feel completely ripped off. I called this establishment on May 30, for a small frontal repair and scaling, when I arrived I explained to the dentist, she confirmed that it was possible, so she did five x-rays, and a visual check then she gives the consultation to finish, and she starts marking me dates, telling me that the reception had only planned 30 minutes for the month and that I had to come back for the rest. Completely surprised, because from the start I had clearly indicated what I was coming to do, and even worse I was billed 135 CHF. To flee.

This firm is only interested in money. Dentists generally only stay there for a few years. Often there are dentists who have just graduated and who do stupid things. There is 1 surgeon who does all the surgery. (In 2019) He billed me for services that he had not performed. When I didn't agree, he didn't want to adapt it. Neither does his boss. It ended with my legal insurance paying the bill because the amount was too low to go to court. And so the B1 Dental Center can continue its unfair practices without consequences. It’s clear, I strongly recommend this center.
