The place and the people are nice and friendly, although in my case they were not able to do any procedures with me as I have an implant and it was a bit complicated for them. Sure, that's not the reason for the 1 star-but as they couldn't do anything, they called me the next day and said they would refund me the amount I had paid for the 3D scan and consultation.
It's been almost 2 months now and still nothing happened..! So I've reminded them a few times and they tell me that they're overworked at the moment.
I just wonder how it could be that you would once wait for a refund in higher amounts - you just let your customers wait and remind you for months too?
Sorry, but this is not professional.
